1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling or using any services provided by GoodBoy! Pet Waste Removal ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

GoodBoy! Pet Waste Removal provides residential and commercial pet waste removal services in Waxahachie, Midlothian, Red Oak, and surrounding Ellis County areas. Specific services, frequency, and scope will be agreed upon at the time of scheduling.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Services are scheduled on a recurring or one-time basis as agreed. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of severe weather or other conditions outside our control. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

4. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and accessible access to your property for our technicians to perform services. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked or providing gate codes in advance. Our technicians will re-lock all gates after each service. We are not responsible for pets that escape due to gates left open by others.

5. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified at time of scheduling
• Recurring service plans are billed on a monthly basis
• Accounts more than 30 days past due may result in service suspension

6. No Contracts

We do not require long-term contracts for recurring service plans. You may cancel or pause your service at any time by contacting us. No cancellation fees will be charged.

7. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from GoodBoy! Pet Waste Removal including service reminders, confirmations, and updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to SMS is not required to receive services.

8. Liability Limitation

GoodBoy! Pet Waste Removal is not liable for:

• Pet waste that is not visible or accessible due to overgrown grass, snow, or other obstructions
• Damage to property caused by pre-existing conditions
• Injuries to pets or persons resulting from conditions unrelated to our services
• Service interruptions due to weather, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our control

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a service visit, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-service your yard at no additional charge.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ellis County, Texas.
